QA/QC Introduction
Our QC department oversees production quality. Our staff members include quality department manager, production quality supervisor and logistics quality supervisor.We have 40 to 49 QC staff members.
Materials/Components:
Both imported and domestic
Procedures/testing Details:
Develop: we take charge of selection of electronic products and characterization by electronic engineers of the engineering department
Purchase: we test electronic components before purchasing and identify suppliers by purchase staff and electronic engineer
Material: randomly QC supplied material by QC organizer staff, 100% QC if necessary
Production: quality dept. assigns QC and QA to inspect semi-finished and finished products on line, QE and IPQE to supervise.
Warehouse:randomly QC finished product by quality dept. after warehousing.
Shipment: quality dept. coordinates with clients to complete finished product QC.
Other Information:
Each test is designed to test the inner quality of our products. Our company has official testing processes at material, processing and finished goods stages.
